Come Sing With Us!

You’re invited to our 18th Annual Friends & Family Concerts

We’re back this year with more singers and more music! We’ll be singing an eclectic set of songs made popular by David Bowie, Billie Eilish, Jason Mraz, Seal, the Mamas and the Papas, and more. Plus there will be trivia questions with prizes!

Attend in person

All concerts will take place at St. Paul’s Episcopal School, 116 Montecito Avenue, Oakland. Tickets are $15 plus a $1 processing fee. Buying tickets in advance is highly encouraged; there will be only a limited number of tickets available at the door.

For more than 25 years, East Bay Harmony — a mixed a cappella chorus — has offered everyone an opportunity to experience the joy of singing in harmony with others, learn and improve musical skills, and promote music in a warm, welcoming community. EBH embraces popular music as a source of enjoyment and connection that can be shared by all, regardless of background or musical experience.

Rehearsals are held on Monday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 at the Piedmont Center for the Arts, 801 Magnolia Avenue in Piedmont. During the summer, our rehearsals are casual. We work on simple songs just for fun, not for performance. This is a perfect time to visit a rehearsal, check us out, and sing along with us.

If you enjoy your visit, you might consider joining us as a dues-paying member and continuing to sing with us during our 2025–26 season. Our new season begins on September 8, and we will not be accepting any new members after that date. There is a chance that our membership window might close earlier if we reach our capacity before then.

So if you’re considering joining us, be sure to spend an evening at one of our remaining summer rehearsals: July 21 and 28, and August 11, 18, and 25. Send an email to membership@eastbayharmony.org, and Allison, our membership coordinator, will help you arrange your visit and let you know about our COVID safety requirements. For more details about how to reach us or find us, see our Contact page.

A two-hour rehearsal with the full chorus is followed by a one-hour Small Group Master Class from 9:00 to 10:00. This optional, additional hour is for chorus members who are interested in honing their musical skills and ability to blend, with an eye to performing in small groups such as quartets or octets.
